With a wealth of experience and knowledge about deck, stair, and landing construction including the prevention of damage due to water intrusion, Stevenson Team Construction stands ready to provide an initial inspection to determine what the scope of any repairs might be. STC performs follow-up inspections to insure that the final report prepared by the team is SB 721 compliant before issuing the report to the property owners. STC uses a common sense approach to its inspections and realizes that the health and safety of both the tenants and the general public is of utmost importance. We do not attempt to require repairs to make older properties comply with today’s building codes, but rather a determination that what is built is structurally sound today as well as into the future assuming proper maintenance. Additionally, STC will point out any other areas not related to SB 721 they may encounter that may need attention.
