What We Do

With years of experience and extensive knowledge regarding the construction of residential buildings (including thousands of apartments), Stevenson Team Construction (STC) personnel stand ready to provide a variety of services.

We manage every facet of the SB 721 process. This includes inspecting the work and repairs conducted by others as well as doing the actual inspections and testing.

In all cases, our team will provide documentation and a permanent record of inspections completed. Stevenson Team Construction also has all relevant licensing and certifications necessary to perform anything related to SB 721 compliance. This includes the presentation of official Compliance Letters to the State of California once the work is complete.
